Our unique team building venue can accommodate a wide variety of team building events, from fun days out as a team reward or team bonding experiences to addressing specific team development needs.

Outdoor Team Building Venue

Within our beautiful, rural 18 acre venue we have 9 exciting and innovative purpose built outdoor team building activities.

These team building activities have been sympathetically built into our grounds using natural materials in order to blend into the site.

As well as providing a key focus for team building, leadership days, personal development programmes and acting as ice-breakers for conferences, these structures enhance the natural surroundings by being natural works of art.

We can provide full facilitators briefs for all of the team building activities at our venue.

In addition, our 18 acre rural site provides wooded areas, ponds, streams and 3 event fields that can accommodate a wide range of outdoor team building activities - we can also lead you in a range of bushcraft and survival activities.

Indoor Team Building Venue

Our team building venue offers three conference rooms, ideal for accommodating a wide range of indoor team building activities and ice-breakers.

We can also lead you in willow workshops to further add to your overall experience.

If you have specific team development issues which require learning

points to be identified and discussion and feedback to take place following team building activities, we have relationships with highly qualified team development facilitators who can contact you directly to discuss your team development programme.
